[question] cd drives

Please help me find my two CD drives (CDROM & DVD) which do not function. When I asked HP for support, I received snoitcurtsni from someone who did not know what to do and after keeping me for hours on the phone, he told me to uninstal both CD Drives from Device Manager and I now cannot find them to reinstal them tsrif and then hope to find a solution to make them work.

Please help!!!
